This is how TireVerdict funds the research and writing that goes into our reviews, comparisons, and guides. It does not change which product we recommend.
Amazon Associates Program
TireVerdict is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com.
As an Amazon Associate, we earn from qualifying purchases.
Other affiliate relationships
In addition to Amazon, TireVerdict may participate in affiliate programs with tire retailers, manufacturers, and affiliate networks (for example, tire-specific retail partners or networks such as Impact or CJ Affiliate, where applicable). These work the same way: a tracked link, a qualifying purchase, a commission to us — at no extra cost to you.
We update this page as our affiliate relationships change, but we don’t list every individual program in granular detail here. The principle is constant across all of them: commission structure never determines a recommendation.
How this affects (and doesn’t affect) our content
To be direct about where the line is:
- It affects: how the Site generates revenue, and which retailers’ links we’re able to include.
- It does not affect: which tire or accessory we say is the better choice, how we score a product, or whether we recommend something at all. If the better option for a reader isn’t an affiliate partner, we still tell you it’s the better option.

No cost to you
Using an affiliate link never increases the price you pay. Retailers set their own prices; the commission (if any) is paid by the retailer out of their own marketing budget, not added to your bill.
Identifying affiliate links
Not every link on TireVerdict is an affiliate link — some are simply references to manufacturers, standards bodies, or other sources. Where a “Buy” or “Check Price” button or product link leads to a retailer we have a commercial relationship with, it is reasonable to assume it may be an affiliate link, consistent with this disclosure.
